What we collect

• Details you send us by email or through the booking form: your name, work email, company, role, organisation type, spend band, contract details and your message.
• If you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use this site. See our cookie policy.

How the booking form works

The booking form does not send data to a server. It opens your own email app with your details filled in, addressed to hello@arteze.co.uk. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app.

Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a Contract Value Check. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.
• To improve this website, only if you accept analytics cookies. Lawful basis: consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email provider, under appropriate contracts. Where our delivery team outside the UK supports an engagement, we use appropriate safeguards for any international transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months, unless we go on to work together, in which case our contract terms apply. We then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@arteze.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
