What our work has achieved

Below are the results of Arteze’s own client work, followed by results from roles our founder held before setting up the company. We do not name clients.

£17m+in supplier costs saved, avoided or identified
25+years of experience managing large suppliers
£650m+of annual supplier spend brought under proper governance
80%less time taken to agree a contract change

These figures combine Arteze's client work with roles our founder held before setting up Arteze. The £17m is made up of around £10m in savings delivered, £6.7m in costs avoided and £0.7m in savings identified.

Arteze client work

c.£1m

A UK insurer moving from one outsourcing provider to several

The client relied on a single managed service provider for most of its operations and wanted to spread that work across several specialist suppliers. We reviewed every existing contract as part of the change, designed the new supplier model and brought the outsourcing arrangements in line with the PRA's rules (SS2/21).

The result was a one-off saving of around £1m, about 30% of the client's material outsourcing spend, which was approved by its finance team. Around £600,000 of that came directly from the contract review. The client's COO is happy to act as a reference.

c.£700k

A global manufacturer with services it no longer needed

The client spends around £15m a year on IT services. We reviewed what it was paying for against what it was actually using, and found services it no longer needed as well as services that had been sold beyond its real requirements. Together these came to around £700,000 of savings identified.
